In the all-time series between the teams, the Vikings have taken all three matchups, including a 58-57 overtime triumph at home in the most recent meeting on November 16, 2022.

Canisius went on the road and stunned St. Bonaventure in Olean Saturday to win outright as a double-digit underdog. The Golden Griffins evened their record at 1-1 on the season and look to earn a second straight road upset in this contest. Against St. Bonaventure, Canisius trailed by as many as nine in the first half and by seven at halftime. The Golden Griffins were still down nine with 18:58 to play before reeling off a 25-2 run to take a 57-43 advantage with 12:56 remaining. Canisius didn’t let St. Bonaventure closer than the final margin the rest of the way. The Golden Griffins shot 50% from the field, including 12 of 24 from three-point range, and overcame 19 turnovers in the victory. Tre Dinkins led Canisius with 16 points off the bench in the win.
