Both ACC schools have had a tough go lately, but I expect Syracuse to get back on track here. Last week's outing against Notre Dame was tough to watch, but it's worth pointing out that the Orange only lost by six points to Clemson – the No. 4 program – just a week before that.
Meanwhile, Pittsburgh has struggled to get its offense going, averaging just 17 points over the last two weeks. It's going to be tough for the Panthers to move and score the ball against an Orange defense that boasts a top-20 scoring offense this season, which has also surrendered just 20.5 PPG on the road this fall.
Even though Pittsburgh has gone 17-3 straight up in its last 20 games against Syracuse, the Orange have the better, more well-rounded roster this season. With a solid combination of offense and defense, I have Syracuse taking this one.
