The Phoenix Suns are finalizing a deal to make Frank Vogel their next head coach, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The deal is expected to be five years, $31 million. Vogel will replace Monty Williams, who was let go following the Suns' second-round exit in the playoffs.
