Southeast Missouri State at Wisconsin-Milwaukee – 11/28/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks and Milwaukee Panthers face off on Monday in a college basketball showdown at Klotsche Center. This is the first meeting played between the two teams this year. 

Heading into Sunday’s game the Milwaukee Panthers sat with a 3-3 record and they have gone 2-2 against the spread. On Saturday against UC Davis, Milwaukee scored 87 points and that led to the two-point victory. Kentrall Pullan had a big game finishing with 20 points and nine rebounds. Milwaukee on the season is averaging 79.8 points while their defense is giving up 66.2 points per game. Guard BJ Freeman has been the top player for Milwaukee averaging 12.6 points while shooting 38.9 percent from the field. 

On the other side of this matchup is Southeast Missouri State who sits with a 5-2 record but they are coming off a loss on Sunday. They gave up 41 points in the second half and that led to the two-point defeat. Phillip Russell and Chris Harris both finished with 16 points. Southeast Missouri State is averaging 70.7 points while their defense is giving up 57 points per game. The defense is ranked 20th in college basketball and it’s going to need to be a strength here. Guard Phillip Russell is averaging 15 points while shooting 38.6 percent from the field and 34.1 percent from the field.
