Siena College vs. Saint Peters  Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 2-16-2024

The Siena Saints will head to the Yanitelli Center on Friday evening in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference action to take on the Saint Peter’s Peacocks. The Saints (4-20, 3-10 MAAC) are coming off a 68-63 road win on Saturday against the Manhattan Jaspers. The Peacocks (11-11, 7-6) are on a four-game losing streak after a 64-62 home loss against the Fairfield Stags on Saturday. 



The Siena Saints are coming off a 68-63 road victory over the Manhattan Jaspers last time out. The offense did a good job as they were able to go 22-of-53 (41.5%) from the floor, 6-of-16 (37.5%) from the three-point line and 21 free-throw attempts. Sophomore guard Michael Eley dominated as he posted 24 points, 16 rebounds, two assists and three blocks in 37 minutes of action. The defense did a good job of limiting good looks against them as Manhattan went 32.4% from the field, 20.8% from distance and 16 trips to the charity stripe. 

 

The offense for the Siena Saints are struggling to get going offensively as they are averaging 60.4 points while shooting 39.9% from the field. The defense needs to improve as well as they are giving up 75.2 poin ts per game up to this point.
