The Cougars improved to 3-0 on the season and look to maintain their momentum as they take the floor here. Against Stetson, Houston trailed 6-2 early before reeling off 17 straight points to take a 19-6 advantage. The Cougars rolled from that point, leading by a 38-16 margin at the half and by as many as 36 in the second half en route to the victory. Houston shot 52.6% from the floor, including nine of 20 from three-point range, and won the rebounding battle 33-21 in the contest. LJ Cryer had 21 points to lead the Cougars in the victory.
