Chicago Bulls at Brooklyn Nets – 11/1/22 NBA Picks and Prediction

The Chicago Bulls pay a visit to the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center on Tuesday night.

The Chicago Bulls have been in a funk as they’ve lost four of their past six games and they will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after falling short to the 76ers in a 114-109 loss on Saturday. DeMar DeRozan led the way with 24 points, Nikola Vucevic added 23 points, 19 rebounds and three assists while Zach LaVine chipped in with 20 points on eight of 19 shooting. As a team, the Bulls shot 45 percent from the field and 11 of 31 from the 3-point line as they clawed all the way back from an early 19-point deficit only to finish just short as the 76ers’ Joel Embiid nailed the go-ahead 3-pointer with 18.1 seconds left on the clock.

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets have really struggled to get going as they’ve lost five of their first seven games, but they will be eager to build some momentum after arresting a four-game slide with a 116-109 win over the Pacers last night. Kevin Durant led the way with 36 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, Kyrie Irving added 28 points with six assists and four steals while Nic Claxton chipped in with 19 points, nine rebounds and four assists. As a team, the Nets shot 53 percent from the field and 11 of 30 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the Pacers from the start with 33 points in the first quarter to build an early 24-point which didn’t last as the Pacers tied the game in the fourth quarter. The Nets didn’t panic and used a pivotal 7-0 run to pull away and avoid catastrophe in the end.
