Golden State Warriors at Miami Heat – 11/1/22 NBA Picks and Prediction

The Miami Heat play host to the Golden State Warriors at the FTX Arena on Tuesday night.

The Golden State Warriors have yet to really find their groove this season as they’ve lost three of their past four games and they will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after getting routed by the Pistons in a 128-114 road loss on Sunday. Stephen Curry led the way with 32 points, six rebounds and three assists, Jordan Poole added 30 points while Andrew Wiggins chipped in with 10 points on four of 15 shooting. As a team, the Warriors shot 42 percent from the field and 12 of 39 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 37 points in the first quarter to take the early lead, but they leaked 71 points in the second and third quarters combined to allow the Pistons to rally past them.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat have been in similar form as they’ve lost five of their first seven games and they will be hoping to stop a two-game skid after getting stopped by the Kings in a 119-113 road loss on Saturday. Tyler Herro led the team with 34 points on 13 of 22 shooting, Bam Adebayo added 23 points with six rebounds and four assists while Kyle Lowry chipped in with 15 points and five assists. As a team, the Heat shot just 42 percent from the field and 11 of 28 from the 3-point line but they were always fighting an uphill battle in this one after leaking 39 points in the second quarter to take a 22-point deficit into halftime.
