Although Boston can claim supremacy over Philadelphia in the Eastern Conference standings, the conditions for Saturday's prime-time affair could favor the 76ers. Philadelphia has performed better against the spread in home games than any other team in the NBA this season, going 21-10-1 ATS at Wells Fargo Center.
