NBA Player Props Predictions 1: Jalen Brunson, Knicks 29.5 Points (-110) DK
New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson is averaging 27.2 points on 47.7% shooting from the field while scoring 30+ points in 24 of 57 games for a 42% success rate on the season.
However, Brunson is averaging 33.5 points per games without Randle in the lineup and he’s scored 27+ points in 8-8 home games without Randle.
He scored 33 points on the road against the Orlando Magic without Randle just last month. The Magic defend the point guard position worse than any other position on the court.
They are also allowing the 3rd fewest assists during the last 30 days, so they are forcing guards to shoot instead of pass.
The spread is only -1.5 so Brunson should avoid the blowout and see full minutes. Brunson at home without Randle on the court is the recipe for a high scoring game.
NBA Player Props Predictions 2: CJ McCollum, Pelicans 16.5 Points (-105) DK
New Orleans Pelicans guard CJ McCollum is averaging 18.7 points on 45.7% shooting while scoring 17+ points in 28 of 46 games for a 61% success rate on the season.
McCollum has been even better recently as he’s cleared this line 70% of the time when playing 28+ minutes during his last 30 games.
The spread is only 7.5 so McCollum should see full minutes tonight against a Philadelphia 76ers team that has allowed the 4th most points to opposing point guards during the last 15 games. McCollum already scored 20 points against the Sixers at home back in November.
He’s also scored 17+ in 6 of 10 games this season with both Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram on the court. Look for McCollum to eclipse to sail past this line if he avoids a blowout.
