NBA Player Props Predictions 1: De’Aaron Fox, Kings 24.5 Points (-120) DK
Sacramento Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox is averaging 26.9 points per game while shooting 47.1% from the field and scoring 25+ points in 33 of 51 games for a 65% success rate.
Fox has been in great form recently, clearing this point total each of his last five games while averaging 31.6 points per game in the process.
The Minnesota Timberwolves defense is a juggernaut and they do allow the fewest points per game and 4th fewest to opposing point guards.
However, Fox has feasted on the Wolves, scoring 25+ points in a perfect 6-6 games over the last two seasons including 27 & 36 points this season.
Rudy Gobert has done a great job limiting Domantas Sabonis which has put more of a scoring ownness on Fox and he has the ability to score from the mid-range.
Anthony Edwards is also questionable tonight which could leave the Kings thin at the guard position. Let’s keep riding the trend of Fox scoring points in bunches.
NBA Player Props Predictions 2: Steph Curry, Warriors 28.5 Points (-125) DK
Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry is averaging 27.6 points per game on the season while shooting 45.5% from the field.
However, Curry has fallen short 29+ points in 29 of 55 games for a 53% success rate to the under. He’s been even worse on the road where he’s fallen short of this total in 16 of 26 games and now, he’s playing on a back-to-back and traveling north of the border.
We played Luka Doncic under 33.5 points in the Raptors last game in the same situation and he landed on only 30 points.
It makes sense, considering Toronto has allowed the LEAST points and 4th fewest three-pointers to opposing point guards over the last 30 days.
Curry also only scored 9 points in his lone head-to-head game against Toronto this season while shooting a horrendous 2-14 from the field and 0-9 from beyond the arc.
Andrew Wiggins is out tonight due to personal reasons, but Curry has the toughest matchup on the court regardless. Let’s cash another ticket on a point guard under who is playing the second of a back-to-back north of the border.
