Both teams find themselves at opposite ends of the standings. The Seattle Storm are currently the second-worst team in the WNBA, dropping to 2-8 in their last five games due to their five-game losing streak. Meanwhile, the Washington Mystics come in at No. 4 and look to remain strong at Entertainment & Sports Arena, where they're 6-2 straight up (SU) this season.
I can't see Seattle upsetting Washington tonight. After all, the Mystics beat the Storm twice in three days at Climate Pledge Arena just one month ago. Now, the home-court advantage is with the Mystics, who have a plus-8.3 average scoring margin in the nation's capital this season.
Furthermore, the Mystics have won four straight home games by an average of 14.5 points and I like their chances of covering the spread tonight.

It'd be hard to find a more lopsided WNBA matchup than this one. The Phoenix Mercury are the league's worst team and head to Sin City with an abysmal 1-8 SU road record. The Las Vegas Aces, on the other side, are the top team and have yet to lose at Michelob ULTRA Arena, going 10-0 SU thus far.
The Aces won't have a problem winning this game. They already destroyed the Mercury when they first met at Footprint Center on June 21, picking up a 99-79 victory as each of Kelsey Plum, A'ja Wilson, and Jackie Young finished with 20-plus points.
As for the best bet, let's go with Kelsey Plum scoring over 19.5 points (-125). On top of tallying 21 points against the Mercury last month, Kelsey is coming off a 40-point performance in her latest outing and has hit the Over on this prop in each of her last three games.
In other words, expect Plum to lead the Aces to more success.
