Virginia at Georgia Tech 10/20/22 – College Football  Picks & Predictions

The Virginia Cavaliers go back on the road this week to Atlanta, GA for an ACC matchup against Georgia Tech. Virginia comes into this game two games under .500 riding a three-game losing streak after a 17 point loss to Louisville. Defensively Virginia was obliterated as Louisville accumulated 473 total yards of offense including 275 through the air to score 34 points in the game.

Quarterback Brennan Armstrong played well under center completing 24 of 34 passes for 313 yards and one score but through two interceptions and ran the ball 14 times for -7 yards as well. Keytaon Thompson led all receivers in the game for Virginia with 98 yards on 9 catches and Dontayvion Wicks added 69 yards and one score on four receptions as well.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets continue a home stand this week at an even 3-3 on the year riding a 2 game win streak after a 3 point overtime win against Duke. Defensively Georgia Tech shined against Duke allowing only 278 yards and forced one turnover in the game to pick up the victory.
