In their latest action, the Wildcats beat the Butler Bulldogs 62-50 on Tuesday as a 9.5 point favorite. This was just an ugly game all around as both teams shot below 40% in the game. The difference was free throws as Villanova made 16 of 19 while Butler was just 5 of 7. Justin Moore led the Wildcats with 15 points and 6 rebounds while Caleb Daniels tossed in 13 points.
