With Matt Rhule seemingly on the hot seat after an 0-2 start, Carolina is in desperate need of a win, which is something they came very close to pulling off in both Weeks 1 and 2. In Week 1, they fell to the Browns, 26-24. In Week 2, they lost to the Giants, 19-16. Now playing against Jameis Winston and his fractured spine, this should be an opportunity for the Panthers to notch a win. “Bad Jameis” showed up against the Buccaneers on Sunday, as he was sacked six times and picked off three times in a 10-point loss. With Alvin Kamara questionable for this game and not at 100% even if he suits up, it's clear that Michael Thomas and Chris Olave will be Winston's top targets, but this Panthers defense has been awesome so far, allowing just 148 passing yards in Week 1 and 162 in Week 2. I can see this being a low-scoring affair, but I'll give the slight edge to Carolina .
