The Rangers rank 21st with a 4.06 ERA. All-Start Martin Perez will start against the Astros on Tuesday. Perez's career against Houston dates back to 2013, and he is 9-5 with a 2.64 ERA in 16 starts against them. In a more recent sample size, Perez is 2-1 with a 2.45 ERA in four starts against Houston over the last two seasons.
