The Kings fell to 10-7 on the year and enter this game tied for second in the Pacific Division, one game behind the Suns for the top spot. Against Atlanta, Sacramento trailed by nine after the opening quarter and never got even again. The Kings were down 15 at the half and couldn’t get closer than six in the second half as they took the loss. Sacramento shot 46.1% from the field, including nine of 30 from three-point range, but turned the ball over 18 times in the loss. Malik Monk led the Kings with 27 points off the bench in the loss.

The Kings enter this game 1st in the league in scoring offense with an average of 120 points per game. Sacramento is 26th in rebounding with 41 boards a contest while the team stands 4th by handing out an average of 28.1 assists per contest.
