The Las Vegas Raiders open their training camp for veteran players on Tuesday, and apparently the reigning NFL rushing king, former Alabama star Josh Jacobs, will not be on hand because he's unhappy with having to play this season on the franchise tag. The deadline for Jacobs and the Raiders to agree to a long-term extension has passed, so Jacobs will either play on the tag for $10.09 million or sits out games to prove a point. Jacobs is +1500 at DraftKings to lead the lea gue in rushing yards again.
