Pro Bowl Prediction & Odds 2024: Top Props and Picksiv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

The NFC and AFC will play the Pro Bowl on Sunday, as we make our best 2024 Pro Bowl prediction based on the best NFL odds.

For the second consecutive season, the NFL Pro Bowl will feature a variety of skills competitions culminating with a series of flag football games. Last season, the NFC won 35-33 in the inaugural event.

Without standard football rules, is there an edge to be had for bettors looking to place a fun wager on this game or the other Pro Bowl events taking place on Sunday? Please note that the below odds are from DraftKings Ontario.

Here is our best Pro Bowl prediction and our NFL picks (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

2024 Pro Bowl prediction

It's so hard to truly get a feel for what is going to take place in this game. The flag football competition has been a solid addition to the Pro Bowl, and it has ensured that more of the league's best players participate.

When looking at the rosters, it does seem like the NFC has an advantage. They have the most athletic quarterback with Jalen Hurts, several dangerous running backs, including Jahmyr Gibbs, and they have wide receivers who are perfect for this type of event. We won't get to see Bobby Wagner lighting anyone up, but the NFC defense has a solid unit that will just need to keep Tyreek Hill at bay.

How much can a defense do in this game? Not much. Last year, the score ended up being 35-33 with the NFC mounting a late comeback. We'll take the more complete offense as the NFC wins a close one.

Pro Bowl prop pick

We know what the teams will be for the competition pitting offensive and defensive linemen from each conference against each other. While the event itself will involve a bit of luck, there is plenty to be gained from knowing who the people are that will be competing on each side.

The AFC has a clear advantage with players like Will Anderson and Myles Garrett competing in this event that requires players to quickly move heavy weights, and then pull a 2,000-pound wall over a finish line together. The quickness and agility of Anderson and Garrett may be all it takes for the AFC to get the win on Sunday.

The NFC team is no slouch with players like Montez Sweat and Demarcus Lawrence competing. But the AFC has the edge. And considering these two units are going off at standard odds at DraftKings, we're backing the AFC in a small-unit play.
