Shai Gilgeous-Alexander poured in 38 points while Jalen Williams chipped in with 32 points to lead the Kings to a win. The duo combined to hit 28-of-46 on the night and Gilgeous-Alexander had seven assists while Williams had nine assists and eight rebounds.
“SGA (Gilgeous-Alexander) played like an MVP candidate,” Kings coach Mike Brown said. “We threw the kitchen sink at him and he still scored 38. And then Jalen Williams was really, really big. And I say he’s big because he had 32 but he was extremely e fficient throughout the course of the night.”
