Two Missouri Valley Conference rivals take to the court on Sunday in Chicago at Credit Union 1 Arena, when the Northern Iowa Panthers (13-11, 7-6 MVC) visit the UIC Flames (9-15, 2-11 MVC). Northern Iowa defeated Missouri State 72-65 last Wednesday, snapping a three-game losing streak. UIC defeated Illinois State 61-56 last Wednesday to snap an eight-game losing streak. Northern Iowa will play without Ege Peksari and Wes Rubin. UIC does not have any players listed on its injury report.
