NHL Parlay Picks & Predictions for Thursday at +643 odds, 11/9

I'm back again with more NHL picks for today, and this time it's today’s NHL mega parlay. I lost my first prop pick of the season in Monday's article, bringing my total to 5-1, so I'm hoping that success will translate to betting on the games themselves too.

I've identified 3 selections as my favorite NHL parlay picks today, so let's jump right into my favorite plays of today's slate.

Canadiens vs Red Wings over 6.5 (-120)

The first game I want to highlight takes place in Detroit, where the Red Wings play host to the Montreal Canadiens. Montreal sports one of the league's worst defensive units, ranking 27th and 29th respectively in goals allowed (3.5) and shots allowed (34.9) per game. While the Canadiens offense isn't great, they've at least managed 3+ goals in 4 of their last 6 games.'

Detroit is not among the NHL's best defensively either, allowing 3.2 goals (18th in league) and 31 shots (15th) per contest. Where the Red Wings have made their mark is on the attack, as they boast the NHL's 7th-best offense from a per-game goal scoring standpoint (3.7). The over has been the result in 9 of the Red Wings' 13 games this campaign, while also hitting in 5 of the Canadiens' last 7.'
