No disrespect to the Bengals or Steelers, but I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who was happy to hear the news that the Chiefs and Chargers were flexed into the Week 11 Sunday Night Football slot.
Sunday night’s rematch between these two rivals will most likely decide the AFC West division. A Chiefs win would essentially give them an insurmountable four-game lead with seven left to play. A win on the other side would keep the beleaguered Chargers in the race.
The storyline for the Chargers has been injuries to key players. Joey Bosa, J.C. Jackson, Rashawn Slater, Keenan Allen, Mike Williams and many others have all missed time. For once, however, the Chargers may be the healthier team, at least on offense.
