New Jersey Devils at Carolina Hurricanes – 12/20/22 NHL Picks and Prediction

The New Jersey Devils and Carolina Hurricanes face off on Tuesday in an NHL showdown at PNC Arena. When these two teams faced off in April it was the Hurricanes that secured the 6-3 victory.

On Sunday against the Pittsburgh Penguins, they were able to secure the 3-2 victory. Brady Skjei had one goal and one assist to pace the Hurricanes. Carolina is averaging 2.9 goals while their defense is giving up 2.61 goals per game. The defense is ranked 5th best in the league. They are only facing 25.9 shots per game which is the best in the NHL. Martin Necas has been the top player for the Hurricanes scoring 13 goals and adding 17 assists.
