After not making any moves prior to the trade deadline, Chicago brought in Patrick Beverley for some defense and backcourt depth. DeMar DeRozan is also back in action after recently missing time.
Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets are still searching for an identity and learning to play together after several major moves rocked the franchise.

Bridges is enjoying the best season of his career while averaging 17.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per contest, good for 25.6 points, rebounds, and assists. He's racked up at least 29 PRAs in 21 of 59 appearances overall.
The 26-year-old flashed his upside with the Phoenix Suns as a primary option when Devin Booker was injured, improving his numbers across the board in an expanded role. Bridges averaged 23.9 PRAs in games he played with Booker compared to 27.4 without him.
The veteran went off for a career-high 45 points against the Heat during his final game before the All-Star break. He's also posted PRA totals of 58, 30, and 15 in three games with the Nets thus far.
The forward finished with a usage rate of 19.2 with Phoenix this season. Predictably, that rate has skyrocketed to 28.6 during his short time with the Nets. Bridges is the guy in Brooklyn, and he should pile up the counting stats in a matchup against Chicago's middle-of-the-pack defense.
