NCAAF Week 4: First Look & Projected Line Movement

Expect the following lines to move leading up to kickoff

Well, it didn't take long for Lincoln Riley to make a statement with his new program. After taking down Rice 66-14 in Week 1, the Trojans beat Stanford 41-28 on the road in Week 2 and then defeated Fresno State 45-17 in Week 3. Quarterback Caleb Williams is playing at a Heisman Trophy level so far and even though this game will take place at Oregon State, who is also 3-0, USC has a clear edge. OSU beat Boise State (34-17) in Week 1, Fresno State (35-32) in Week 2 and Montana State (68-28) in Week 3, but should have an issue dealing with the Trojans' star-studded offense. I expect this spread to approach double digits as the week rolls on.
