A pair of underdogs highlight our best bets for Saturday's seven-game NBA slate. Check out our top NBA picks for Saturday based on the best NBA odds.

Saturday features seven games in the NBA, but one of those is a matinee matchup between the Toronto Raptors and Detroit Pistons at 12:00 p.m. ET, so we're focusing our attention on the other six contests.

The top seeds in the Eastern and Western Conference face off Saturday, with the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers meeting in Philly and the Memphis Grizzlies hosting the Denver Nuggets.

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz are heavy favorites against the visiting San Antonio Spurs, and the Indiana Pacers will look to pull off a road win when they visit the Orlando Magic.

Here are our NBA best bets for Saturday (odds via BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, and PointsBet; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

NBA top picks

Get out the popcorn, because this is sure to be a phenomenal matchup. The Celtics are small road favorites, and the team has gone 9-15-1 to the Over in that situation this season. Boston is 4-5 against divisional opponents and 1-1 in two prior meetings with Boston. After dealing with multiple injuries across the roster, the Celtics are finally healthy, and they'll ride a five-game Over streak into Saturday's contest.

The Sixers are 3-1 to the Over as home underdogs this season and 6-6 against divisional opponents. The team has gone 18-13-1 at home overall, and Philly sports an 11-9-1 record to the Over in games with a total of 226 or more points.

This one is offered at 226 or 226.5 across most books at -110 odds, but we're comfortable betting it up to 229.5, so the slightly longer odds at BetMGM for a 227.5 total are a no-brainer.

Another game, another double-digit spread for the Spurs. The team is fully embracing its tank as it looks to earn the worst record in the Association and win the Victor Wenbanyama sweepstakes. San Antonio is doing a great job, as the team has lost 15 in a row. The Spurs have covered in just two of those contests and lost 11 of them by at least 10 points. The Spurs are 10-20 ATS as road dogs.

The Jazz are just 8-13-1 as the home favorite and 2-4 when favored by at least eight points at home. The Jazz are 2-2 over their last four and failed to cover against the Spurs when the teams met earlier in the season.

Despite those less-than-ideal trends for Utah, the home team can certainly deliver a victory against the floundering Spurs, who will be missing more than one key role player yet again.

Orlando has been spectacular ATS this season, going 33-26-1 overall, including 17-13 at home. The Magic, however, are just 2-4 as home favorites and 0-2 in their last two contests. Orlando is favored by 3 or 3.5 depending on which book you use, and based on that small spread, we'll look to the Moneyline wager instead.

The Pacers have covered in each of their last two games, and the team is 32-29 ATS on the season. That includes a 12-16 mark on the road, but the Pacers are 2-1 straight-up against the Magic in three prior meetings.

Indiana is finally back at full strength, and the Pacers are one of the few teams in the Association with no players on the injury report. We're taking them to bounce back after a heartbreaking OT loss to the Boston Celtics on Thursday.

The Western Conference's top two teams tussle in Tennessee on Saturday, and we're giving the edge to the visitors. Winners of four straight, the Nuggets have covered in all of those victories, including three on the road. Though the team is better ATS at home, Denver is still a respectable 7-5 as the road dog and 22-17-1 against Western Conference opponents.

Memphis is a whopping 24-5 SU at home this season, but the team is just 17-11-1 ATS in those contests. The Grizzlies are 26-30-2 overall and just 11-21-1 against Western Conference opponents. Memphis has failed to cover in any of its last three contests, and that streak will extend to four games Saturday when the Nuggets come into the Grind House to deliver a victory.

We could bet the spread here, but the line is just 2.5 points, so we'll up the ante with a plus-money wager on the ML.
