The NBA conference finals have not been as competitive as many would have predicted. After the Denver Nuggets took a 3-0 lead against the Los Angeles Lakers last night, the Miami Heat will be hoping to do the same against the Celtics tonight. Unlike the Nuggets, the Heat will have home-court advantage having already done the hard work on the road. The Celtics, on the other hand, will be fighting for their playoff lives .

Celtics vs Heat first basket best bet: Jayson Tatum (+430)
Bam Adebayo has now jumped against Robert Williams III 3 times this season and the Celtics man was able to gain the first possession for his team twice. In the other, he got called for a jump-ball violation. Considering that Adebayo is yet to cleanly win his team the opening ball against Williams this season, I am expecting the Celtics to have the ball in their hands first. With the visitors up against it tonight, look for them to turn to Jayson Tatum from the get-go.
