Music City Bowl Preview: Auburn vs. Maryland
Getting into the last week of December is the most fun time of bowl season, in my opinion, as you start to see some really good inter conference matchups.The Music City Bowl presents one of those matchups – at least on the surface – as the Auburn Tigers will take on the Maryland Terrapins in an SEC/Big Ten showdown that the winning conference will surely use for bragging rights as a middle-tier team from that conference beats another middle-tier team from the other. Auburn is currently a 7-point favorite with an Over/Under set at 46. In a segue to the next talking point for this game, the only dent on this game’s luster is who we won’t see in the game.
