Opposing offenses are in great spots

Cleveland Guardians vs. Kyle Bradish (5.63 ERA), Baltimore Orioles

The Guardians are doing their very best to stay ahead of the Minnesota Twins in the AL Central division as the race to the playoffs starts to heat up. Cleveland is a very average offense usually, with nothing truly spectacular about them that stands out. Jose Ramirez has been his usual self this season, but young gun Andres Gimenez has also been a key part of this Guardians offense that continues to shine on a nightly basis. They get Kyle Bradish and the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday night.

Bradish put together the best start of his young career in his last outing, and surprisingly it came on the road against a very tough Astros lineup. He lowered his ERA to 5.63 with the unexpected performance and has a K:BB of 79-to-29 across 80 innings this season. I think this was probably just an outlier, and I'll be curious to see how he does this time out.
