A fine 1-1 night for us last night as Sandy Alcantara did his thing for Miami, at least early to cover our 1st Half bet. The Phillies got to him late to rally for a late win, but all we needed was Alcantara to cruise through the 1st 5 innings which he did. The surprising loss was Justin Verlander who pitched “bad” which for him is still a quality start. The Rangers won outright in the 1st Half taking a 2-1 lead into the 6th inning.
