Minnesota is coming off a home win over Houston 111-90, covering the spread as 7.5-point favorites. Chicago just dropped a home game to Sacramento, going down 123-115 as 1.5-point home favorites. This is the first of two matchups between these teams this season. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00 EST from the United Center in Chicago.

Edwards leads the team in scoring with 25.6 PPG while also adding 5.1 RPG and 5.1 APG. He is the top shooter on the team with 2.5 made threes per game while shooting 38.9% from deep. Edwards was recently named an All-Star reserve, and so was his teammate Karl-Anthony Towns. Towns is the second leading scorer on the team with 22.5 PPG, while grabbing another 8.7 RPG. He has been slightly cold lately, as he has not topped 20 in his last two games. Rudy Gobert holds down the middle and averages an impressive double-double with 13.7 PPG and 12.5 RPG. Jaden McDaniels is a defensive stopper on the wing in the starting lineup averaging 10.8 PPG, while Mike Conley is a steady point guard adding a team high 6.4 APG and another 10.6 PPG.
Naz Reid is the top scorer off the bench with 12.3 PPG to lead the second unit. Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Kyle Anderson have been getting the majority of the remaining bench minutes recently.
