Kentucky vs. Florida Odds, Picks, Predictions College Basketball: Can Wildcats Extend Their Win Streak?iv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

The Kentucky Wildcats look to push their win streak to three straight when they travel to face the Florida Gators on Wednesday. Read on for our Kentucky-Florida college basketball picks based on the top NCAAB odds.

After a few weeks of life on the bubble, Kentucky might firmly be in the NCAA Tournament picture following its second win over Tennessee this past Saturday. The Wildcats (18-9, 9-5 SEC) rolled past the Volunteers for a 66-54 victory, and they've now won two consecutively. Can they extend their win streak to three straight for the first time since late January?

Ken Pomeroy doesn't think so, and he's projecting a 72-70 victory for Florida during Wednesday's SEC matchup. But the Gators (14-13, 7-7) will be without Colin Castleton, who was the biggest bright spot during a 72-67 loss to the Wildcats in Lexington on Feb. 4. Castleton's absenc e has caused Kentucky to be a small road favorite, but which team will prevail?

Here's our best Kentucky vs. Florida college basketball pick (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Don't be scared of the juice, because we believe John Calipari's squad can get its third straight victory on Wednesday. Since I project this spread just north of one possession, I'd rather take my chances with the moneyline than deal with laying the points on the road.

Florida has lost four of its last five, starting with a road defeat against Kentucky on Feb. 4. Castleton was the game's best player while scoring 25 points to go along with six rebounds, five assists, three blocks, and one steal.

The way to attack Kentucky's defense is by using ball screens and putting Oscar Tshiebwe, the reigning National Player of the Year, in space. The Wildcats rank in the ninth percentile in the country while defending the roll man on pick-and-rolls, according to Synergy Sports Technology. So Castleton being unavailable is a huge boost for Kentucky's chances.

The Wildcats are also playing their best ball at the moment, going 8-3 over the team's last 11 games. They're the 23rd-best squad in the country over that span, according to Bart Torvik's customizable ranks. That's 50 whole spots better than the Gators.

Barring a letdown performance, Kentucky should take care of business on Wednesday. As a result, play this four-star pick at anything -150 or better.

The moneyline price on the visiting Wildcats seems to be settling in a range between -140 and -145 as of Wednesday afternoon. That means line shopping only saves us a few cents, but it's always worth getting the best number in a sport as wild as college basketball.

DraftKings is posting the best option at -140, which opens the door for some same-game parlay options.

A same-game parlay could add to the payout for those wishing to take UK, so include the Over on Tshiebwe's rebound prop of 11.5. He's averaging 15.8 rebounds per game, but hasn't cleared this mark in nearly two weeks. Tshiebwe is due for a big night on the glass, especially against a shorthanded Florida frontcourt.
