Jacksonville and Las Vegas had much different seasons in 2021, as Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence had a rookie season to forget, while the Raiders broke a four-year playoff drought. However, even though both had varying levels of success, each enters 2022 with a new head coach. Doug Pederson is back as a head coach after one year away from the game to lead the Jaguars, while Josh McDaniels gets his second stint as a head coach after two short years with the Denver Broncos in 2009 and 2010. Each coach's imprint on his new team will be on display Thursday.
