The red-hot Hofstra Pride kept things rolling on Saturday in an 81-49 dominating win over NC A&T on the road. The Pride shot over 50% from the field while holding NC A&T under 30% shooting in the game. German Plotnikov led the way with a career-high 20 points as part of four different double-figure scorers for the Pride. Tyler Thomas had his first double-double of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Hofstra jumped out to a 16-2 nine minutes into the game and never looked back. The win was the team's fourth in a row and seventh in eight games.

The Pride now have a chance to keep the good times rolling with another road win, this time over Drexel. This will be the first meeting of two for the CAA rivals in the span of a week. The Pride comes into this game ranked fifth in the conference in points per game in conference play. They are third in field goal percentage and are ranked first in the CAA in 3-point shooting. They are also first in 3-point field goals made per game. Hofstra is fourth in the CAA in scoring defense. The Pride is second in field goal defense thus far as well while ranked just 9th in 3-point defense. The Pride are ranked third in the CAA in turnovers per game and just 11th in total rebounds per game.
