Hawaii vs. San Jose State Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 11-26-2022

Five experts, five days of football, over 40 picks, and $8500 in profit to be had. All for only $55.

San Jose State plays host to the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors on Saturday afternoon in a crucial showdown from CEFCU Stadium. Hawaii comes in fresh off of grabbing an upset the last time out, which served them well to get back into the win column. For the Spartans, back-to-back losses have dealt a tough blow to this group. With the Spartans having won two in a row in the rivalry, they'll certainly be looking to make it three straight in this one.

Hawaii has struggled this season and with a 3-9 record heading into this one, they have nothing more than pride to play for as they close out the season. A win last week against UNLV certainly turned some heads, though the Rainbow Warriors always seem to find a way to impress when they're at home. Going on the road is bound to be far more of a challenge and with an 0-5 record away from home this season, there's little doubt that they are likely to struggle in this one as well. While they have struggled to find wins, they have been one of college football's best at covering, which is something for fans to keep in mind.

One advantage is that Hawaii is one of the healthiest teams in the country as they close the final week of the season. Cammon Cooper remains the only player listed, as the backup quarterback has been ruled out since last month. With a consistent group of players ready to give it a go, it shou ld bode well for this group.

Hawaii has struggled on both sides of the ball this season, while the offense will have its hands full against an impressive group opposite them. Ranked 100th nationally in total offense and 101st in passing, this group will have to rely on the ground game early and often, in an effort to control the game. Dedrick Parson (11 touchdowns) has a knack for finding the endzone and if he can get going, it should bode well for the visiting side.
