World Cup Group D Prediction
The main storyline heading into Group D revolves around Denmark's recent string of success over the defending World Cup champion France. Denmark defeated France twice in UEFA Nations League play this year.
A pair of injuries to French stars Christopher Nkunku and Karim Benzema leave the defending champs slightly vulnerable, and I think Denmark will play them to a draw.
Unfortunately, neither Tunisia nor Australia will put up much of a fight. Denmark and France will both rally two victories against the aforementioned bottom-dwellers in this group.
The winner of this group will come down to goal differential if both Denmark and France leave with 2-1-0 records. I think France's Kylian Mbappe provides the difference and the French win the group after blowing out both Tunisia and Australia.
