Golden State failed to deliver the knockout blow at home in Game 6 after winning three straight in the series, forcing them to win on the road if they want to advance. The Warriors hope that their experience can carry them to a series victory in a pivotal Game 7. In Game 6, Golden State led by two after the opening quarter only to trail by seven at the half. The Warriors couldn’t make a sustained push in the second half as they got no closer than five. They scored just three points in the final 6:52 of the contest as the Kings shut them down. Golden State shot 37.2% from the field, including 10 of 32 from three-point range, and lost the rebounding battle 53-42. Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 29 points in the loss.

In the postseason, the Warriors are 8th in the league in scoring offense as they put up an average of 115.2 points per game. Golden State stands tied for 6th in rebounding as they collect an average of 45 boards per contest while they are tied for 1st in assists by handing out an average of 27.3 dimes per contest. Golden State is tied for 8th in the league in field goal percentage as they shoot 45.8% from the floor as a team on the year. The Warriors are sixth in the league in threes per game by knocking down 13.3 triple s a night while they are 10th in three-point shooting by hitting 32.8% from beyond the arc as a team.

Iguodala (hip) has played just eight games and underwent wrist surgery last month. He Is to be re-evaluated in mid-May.
