Florida is now second in the Metropolitan Division, trailing the mighty Boston Bruins by five points. The Panthers are scoring 3.14 goals per game (tied-19th in the NHL) while surrendering 2.86 goals in return (tied-9 th).

Sergei Bobrovsky is undefeated in five straight starts between the pipes, and the 35-year-old netminder boasts an 8-3-1 record with a 2.68 GAA and a .905 save percentage. Anthony Stolarz is 1-1-0 with a 2.57 GAA and a .904 save percentage this season, and he would get the starting nod Tuesday should the Panthers decide to rest Bobrovsky ahead of Thursday’s road clash against the Los Angeles Kings.
