There were a ton of incredible games around the NHL last night, but there are only two games this evening, and I only like one of the matchups.
Philadelphia at Minnesota (-120, 6)
I’m declaring this a must-win game for the Minnesota Wild. Yes, they’ve been dealing with a few injuries, but this team needs to find something to be positive about. Marc-Andre Fleury is one win away from passing Patrick Roy on the all-time goaltending wins list, and I feel tonight will be his night.
The Philadelphia Flyers have only been scoring 2.00 goals per game since January 1st, and they have lost five out of their last seven games. The Minnesota Wild haven’t been much better. They’ve lost six out of their last seven, but having the chance to play against the Flyers on home ice might be exactly what they need to turn things in a positive direction.
