Colorado Avalanche vs. Anaheim Ducks Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 3-27-2023

The Colorado Avalanche face the Anaheim Ducks with both teams on opposite ends of the Western Conference. The Avalanche have a 42-23-6 record and are near the top of the Central Division while the Ducks have a 23-40-10 record and with four losses in a row, they have the third-worst record in the Western Conference. Both teams look to close out the season on a high note and the upcoming game should be a good one as a result.

The Avalanche are having a great season with their offense stepping up and scoring 3.25 goals per game. Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen have scored 78 goals and 100 assists to lead the top line but the entire offense has stepped up. J.T. The offense has been great but the defense has carried the Avalanche, allowing only 2.73 goals per game. Toews and Makar have combined for 10.5 defensive point shares and 200 blocked shots while Samuel Girard, Bowen Byram, and Josh Manson have combined for 5.9 defensive point shares to add depth to the unit. In addition, goaltender Jonas Johansson has stepped up with a .907 save percentage and a 2.88 goals-against average on 43 shots.
