T Shoe Index CBB projections for January 8
Women’s basketball bets have continued to roll, going 5-2 this weekend to bring us to 79-49 on the season, while men’s bets have seen more up-and-down volatility, getting killed over the weekend but sitting at a positive 47-41-1 for the season. Obviously, men’s lines are sharper, see more action, and therefore are harder to beat than women’s. Ironically, I was criticized on X by a rogue follower for betting on women’s basketball, despite single-handedly (at times) moving the entire women’s market. That’s X for you, I guess. Anyway, we’ll continue to fire away on these bigger edges, according to TSI, and let the chips fall where they may.
