College basketball expert picks and predictions
It is a pretty busy Friday on the college hoops hardwood with 46 games on the docket. We’ll have 81 on Saturday, so we’re really ramping back up in advance of a massive slate of conference games that we’ll get during the first week of 2024. We’ll slowly start getting back to normal as students return to campus after winter breaks and home-court advantages return to their upright and locked positions, but it’s still a little bit of a watered-down environment in most locales for now.
Like I said yesterday, we’re still seeing a lot of line moves based on strength of schedule discrepancies out there and that will remain the case, but it is important to add your own context and see what may be real and what may not be real about a team’s statistical performance to this point.
