It's a battle between two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference on Friday, and we're offering our top Cavaliers vs. 76ers player props based on the best NBA odds.
Both of these teams are playing the second game of a back-to-back, so there could be some tired legs on Friday.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are fresh off a disappointing game against the Orlando Magic on the first night of the NBA's return following the All-Star break. With star guard Donovan Mitchell sidelined with an illness, the Cavs dropped that home contest and look to rebound on Friday night.
Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers continue to sputter without reigning NBA MVP Joel Embiid. Despite NBA Most Improved Player odds favorite Tyrese Maxey doing his best to carry the load, the 76ers lost again on Thursday, making that seven defeats in their last 10.
Philadelphi a starters Tobias Harris, Paul Reed, and Nicolas Batum combined for just nine points in Thursday's home loss to the Knicks.
Will the role players step up and offer Maxey some support, or will Cleveland do what much of the league has done recently and take advantage of an Embiid-less 76ers squad?

It's less than ideal that our best sports betting sites have only four players listed on Friday morning, with Mitchell serving as the only Cavaliers player with props available. Harris is one of three 76ers available, along with Maxey and Reed. However, we're seeing some early value on the Under for Harris' points prop.
Most of our other best sports betting apps have the Under juiced to around -130, while Pinnacle – which features one of the most respected trading teams in the sports betting industry – has Under 18.5 points priced at -140.
As has been the case since Embiid went down long-term, Maxey is expected to carry the scoring load for Philadelphia, leaving Harris as a secondary option. However, Harris has mostly failed to provide even that level of scoring, going Under this points total in four of his last five games. That includes his absolutely dismal seven-point effort on Thursday night.
NumberFire is projecting Harris to finish with 17.6 points on Friday. When we run that number against Caesars' -114 odds on Under 18.5 points, we're getting a little better than 8% positive expected value on this bet.
