The Predators have a 19-15 record and with seven wins in their last 10 games, they have leaped into fourth place in the Central Division. The Hurricanes are having a promising season with their offense stepping up and scoring 3.24 goals per game with 11 goals in the last three games. Sebastian Aho, Martin Necas, and Seth Jarvis have scored 33 goals and 47 assists to lead the top two lines but the rest of the offense has stepped up as well. The offense has been great but the defense has let them down, allowing 3.18 goals per game including seven goals in the last two games. Brent Burns and Jaccob Slavin have combined for 4.3 defensive point shares and 81 blocked shots but the rest of the unit has struggled, allowing opponents to find open shots on the net with ease.
