The Phillies are a really fun team and will have America rooting for them against the Astros, but Houston is the better team and has quietly been among the best teams in the majors all year. The Astros haven't lost a single game in the postseason and have everything a World Series club needs: starting pitching, relief pitching, right-handed hitting, left-handed hitting, power, cohesion, an experienced manager and an experienced roster. Mattress Mack will win $75 million dollars if Houston wins it all and, as much fun as it is to root against him, it's very difficult for me to not put my money behind the superior team.
