Baylor vs. Oklahoma State Odds, Picks, Predictions College Basketball: Can Cowboys Stop Bears’ Shooters?iv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

The Oklahoma State Cowboys have lost four in a row, while the Baylor Bears have lost two of their last three. Here are the best Baylor vs. Oklahoma State college basketball picks based on the top NCAAB odds.

After defeating the Iowa State Cyclones on Feb. 11, the Cowboys looked like they were on their way to getting into the NCAA Tournament. They were 7-5 against a very difficult Big 12 schedule, and they were going to have plenty of opportunities to pick up at least one Quad 1 win before the conference tournament. However, the Cowboys have lost four in a row, including an 18-point defeat at the hands of the unranked West Virginia Mountaineers.

When the NCAA announced the top 16 teams on Feb. 18, the Bears were ranked seventh. That same day, they lost by 16 to the Kansas Jayhawks, then they followed it up with a 75-65 loss to the Kansas State Wildcats. In their last game, the Bears stopped their two-game skid with an 81-72 win over the Texas Longhorns.

Baylor vs. Oklahoma State pick

The Bears are just 4-4 on the road in conference play, and they have defeated only one ranked opponent. Additionally, they struggled in mid-January on the road against the bottom two teams in the Big 12, the Texas Tech Red Raiders and the Oklahoma Sooners. They did manage to win those games, but just by a combined nine points.

So, it is not surprising to see them barely favored on the road against a very desperate opponent. However, the Cowboys are spiraling, and they have not looked good in their last four games no matter where they have played. On Saturday, they lost 73-68 at home to Kansas State, as they shot just 21.7% from three-point range.

When these two teams met earlier this season, the Bears won 74-58. LJ Cryer led all players in scoring in that one, tallying 16 on 4-5 shooting from beyond the arc. Cryer and the other Bears shooters should have another big night Monday.

As a team, the Bears are shooting 36.9% from behind the arc on the year. During their four-game losing streak, the Cowboys have allowed each of their opponents to shoot at least 36.4% from deep, including a 53.3% performance from the TCU Horned Frogs and a 41.2% performance from West Virginia.

The Cowboys are 295th in the country in 3-point shooting. With their inability to both defend the arc and knock down shots, they're not going to be able to keep up in this game, as they fall for the fifth time in five games.

Baylor vs. Oklahoma State best odds

DraftKings FanDuel BetMGM Caesars PointsBet
-1 -1.5 -1.5 -1.5 -1.5
-110 -110 -110 -110 -110

DraftKings has made it easy for us, as it's the only major sportsbook offering Baylor as a 1-point favorite. The other books are sticking with where the line opened, which is -1.5.

Based on the number of wagers backing the Bears, it is likely that the DraftKings line moves to where the others are now. Our advice is to get in on this as quickly as possible, as it is likely not going to get any better for the Bears.

However, we also would take this up to Baylor -3.5, so you could wait on the off chance that this line does somehow get even more favorable for Baylor.

Baylor vs. Oklahoma State odds analysis

The spread opened with the Bears favored by 1.5 and that is where the number has stayed at all the major sportsbooks except for DraftKings. Around 73% of wagers are backing the Bears, so it seems like it is only a matter of time before this number goes above a basket. Perhaps oddsmakers feel they know something that the public doesn't, but the Cowboys are truly a lost team right now, and this is a bad matchup for them.

This total opened at 141.5, and it has gone up as high as 142 at some of the major sportsbooks. Around 55% of wagers have been placed on the Under, which makes sense considering the final total when these two met the first time was 132. However, with how the Cowboys have been playing defense, and how the Bears can shoot the ball, it is not surprising to see this number so high.
