Auburn at Washington – 12/21/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Auburn Tigers will travel to Seattle and face the Washington Huskies this Wednesday in non-conference action from the Alaska Airlines Arena on the Pac-12 Network. Auburn won the only meeting back in 2018, 88-66.

Auburn fell to 9-2 after losing to USC in Los Angeles. The Tigers couldn’t hold off a second half rally from the Trojans, and they lost by one possession for the second weekend in a row, 74-71. Auburn is scoring 72.7 points per game, while allowing 62.2 ppg, and shooting 43.6% from the floor.

Auburn is led by the inside-outside pairing of Wendell Green Jr. and Johni Broome. Green, a 5’11 guard, scored a season-high 22 points in the win over Saint Louis, and he leads Auburn in scoring (12.7) and assists (3.6). Broome came over from Morehead State and has been effective on the glass, flirting with double-doubles each time out, and averaging 11.6 ppg and 8.2 rpg. Two-year starter Jaylin Williams (9.2 ppg, 5.4 rpg) joins him up front.
