Sabres vs  Islanders Prediction – NHL Picks 3/7/23

The Islanders are averaging 2.89 goals while their defense is giving up 2.65 goals per game. The offense is ranked 24th in the league while the defense is ranked 5th in the league. Brock Nelson has scored 27 goals and added 34 assists.
