The 2022-23 NBA season is in full swing with another pair of matchups set for action on Thursday, Nov. 3. One of those two battles features the'Denver Nuggets (4-3) paying a visit to the Oklahoma City Thunder (4-3)'in a Western Conference showdown.'

1. Nikola Jokic – Points: Under 25.5 Points (-120)
After winning back-to-back MVP awards, Nikola Jokic has had a slow start to the 2022-23 season (by his standards). He's only averaging 21.0 points through his first seven games, which is his worst average since 2019-20, hitting the under on this prop in three of his last four outings. Though the Thunder aren't the scariest matchup, the y've held Jokic to 20.6 PPG in 26 all-time meetings, holding him to under 25.5 points in six of the last seven collisions. Until the Serbian superstar shows more consistency this season, he's tough to trust from a betting perspective. The under on this prop bet is the way to go Thursday.
2. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Points + Assists: Over 32.5 (-115)
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been white-hot to start the new campaign, averaging career-highs in both points (31.5) and assists (6.8). Hitting over 32.5 combined points and assists is tough for the majority of players, but it's something that the 24-year-old Canadian has already accomplished in all but one game this season. Considering how th e Nuggets have the seventh-worst scoring defense and allow the eighth-most assists per game, the table is set for Gilgeous-Alexander to do his thing in front of a rowdy OKC crowd.
3. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope – Threes Made: Over 2.5 (+158)
When the Nuggets have needed a three-point play, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has been there. The 10th-year veteran is having his best season from beyond the arc, nailing 2.7 threes per game on a 53.3% success rate. Though the under is favored on this prop, it's worth pointing out that he's finished with a trio of three-pointers in four of his last five games. That includes going 6-of-10 from three against the Thunder just over two weeks ago. Even though Oklahom a City has done a good job at defending the three-point shot as far as attempts and makes go, opponents are still shooting 48.2% from three at Paycom Center – tied for third-worst in the Association. With the Thunder likely focusing more on the Nuggets' bigger names, look for KCP to continue his success from downtown.
